Little lazy lait...
... alright, the title doesn't really make sense "little lazy lait (milk)". I just wanted all three "L"s.
French class in the morning.. which I was very late for because I snooze-d my alarm and woke up 15 mins before the class is supposed to start! I'm in my Sprinkled with magic dress in blushing pink from lp.lj. I love the tutu details!
I was supposed to meet the girls at 3pm at this Rider's Cafe, so baby and I went snacking at Waffle Town. However, Elayne messaged to inform that there was a power shut down and we were changing venue! Ahh... anyway, I suggested Vanilla Cafe & Bar and ta da... we all met there!
It was my second time there and there were more people there this time! Not exactly sure why it became more popular, because the food was just alright, not fantastic. Perhaps it's the quiet location and maybe their drinks? Ha... whatever!
Anyway, introducing the new member to our girls gathering - *hoot hoot*! =D This red owl has a heart shape stomach! So cute!! Although the big eyes kind of resembles Cindy's hahahaa..
Twice there at Vanilla Cafe & Bar and I just cannot really pin point what's specially good to eat/drink there. I guess it's just the okay-ness for a lazy afternoon that is really their selling point. Strawberry smoothie for me, Vanilla smoothie for Cindy, Mocha smoothie for Ying Fong and Robin Hood & HER Jamson for Elayne. I think none of the smoothies beat Elayne's wahhahahaa =D
I enjoyed my afternoon there chatting on all the private manufactured diamonds, proposals, power failures, photos, Alvin-that-went-missing and all! It was great meeting up and catching up with you girls! =D

Quick to envy, slow to appreciate.
That sentence was just random. On a second thought, no, it was triggered when I realised that I was full of envy about my friend's trips and vacations.
"How come mine was not like that?" That was when I realised that I myself had a great trip that probably made some other people totally envious. The cycle of "the grass is greener on the other side" just goes on infinitely. While I am still on the topic of my own vacation, I will continue to blog on my vacation (previous entry) even though I had conveniently filled up with post with a super touristic postcard worthy photo (taken by me, myself and I)!
On a happier note, I completed my scrapbook in mere 3 late nights! I am amazing. So much hard work and creative brain juices was put into it, not forgetting the money that I have been investing in Made With Love and Paper Market. (side note: Paper Market is having a sale now, 30% off!) The motivation behind it all? A birthday present for my brother in Aussie. Well, I did this present on behalf of the whole family. This lovely present titled "I am... going 31" is currently on board Singapore Airlines flying towards Brisbane now! And since my dear brother should not be reading this entry before he receives the present... I am going to post the marvellous works of my right brain here.
I think I am quite talented in scrapping! Haha.. perhaps all scraps look nice because of the effort put in. =)
Not forgetting, happy belated birthday again! I miss u!

Brisbane to Christchurch to Lake Tekapo <3
How should I start? I have so much to say and show and tell, but only these much brain juices are flowing.
Well, this Aussie trip was by far the most relaxing and aimless trip. Aimless here means that I am not targetting to go to whatever places but just to rest and relax. Ich mache irgendwas ich will, irgendwo und irgendwie. Wie schoene ist das Leben! Or almost. Anyway, I deserve a long break after working non-stop (no leave taken) for 4 months or (since the last long vacation) 7 months!
I loved the fact that we are finally meeting again and reminding me that I actually have 2 siblings, not just 1 or none at times. We seemed to be always here and there, which is something I am thankful about (for the opportunities given) but yet unwilling (due tothe distance). I find it interesting that such distance tend to make the immediate family bonds stronger, though I can't always say that it's the same for the rest. I guess it's because... somehow you know that they are always there to catch you when you fall.

I would loudly declare that I love staying in a house. My definition of a house - not an appartment, 2 storeys, garage, 3 toilet bowls, huge toilets, garden, front porch, cute letterbox with a stand, not a HDB, and more.
This is so tempting...
